SHIPPING AND RETURNS

Shipping

All domestic (US) orders are shipped via USPS. Please allow 2-5 business days for orders to be processed after your purchase is made.  Orders are shipped on business days (Monday through Friday), excluding holidays.  A tracking number will be sent to the email address provided at the time of purchase. You can use this tracking number to determine the location and estimated delivery time. 

We currently do not ship outside the United States.

 

Digital Product Returns

Digital products are not eligible for refunds or exchanges once purchased.   If you have trouble with the download or installation,  please contact us so we can work with you to resolve the issue. 

 

Physical Product Returns

We are committed to customer satisfaction at Aiya Saigua.  If for any reason you need to return or exchange a product, please follow the instructions on the return form included with your shipment.

All returns and exchanges must be made within 30 days of receipt of the order.  To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Please allow up to 2 weeks from the date we receive your return for your request to be processed. We will send you an email when your item is received.  Once approved, a credit will applied to your credit card, but it may take 3-5 business days for the credit to appear on your statement.  During holidays, delays may occur.   We thank you for your patience!

 

Exchanges

If you need to exchange an item, please fill out the return/exchange form included with your order and mark the item(s) that you would like in exchange for the items(s) being returned.  If an item is no longer in stock, we will refund you the purchase price on your original order minus shipping charges, which are non-refundable.

 

Wrong/Damaged Items

If the wrong item is shipped to you due to a fulfillment mistake, your returned or exchanged item(s) will be shipped at no cost.   For damaged items shipped to you, please contact us within 10 days from the day you receive your package by replying to your confirmation email.
